Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not accept returns for any customised order, this means if you have purchased an item that has permanent vinyl printing you will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the total order value. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customised or personalised products, including items with permanent vinyl printing or made to order
- Sale items
- Gift cards
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, worn or are not in their original condition or packaging.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can assess the issue and assist accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method less the applicable 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@ivyboutique.com.au
